Why? It doesn’t say F the police..... I think a summons would depend more upon the type of transgression and how the person presents themselves when caught.

imagine if you will, that this particular mustang JUST so happens to run into another car at an intersection....and for the sake of argument someone gets hurt.... now someone takes a picture of said joke....... and its in front of a judge, and the picture is presented as evidence...... one of THE questions that the judge is going to ask is “so you think reckless driving is funny”, RIGHT before he proceeds to form an opinion about the guy....
SAME thing with getting pulled over for speeding or reckless driving on the street (revving, and other fun) IF, and WHEN he(the officer) happens to see the joke, hes going to ask near the same thing “so you think reckless driving is funny??” followed by “then explain your bumper son”
it would SLANT things against you in a big hurry....

First scenario would be a civil case for one.
Second one. Let’s imagine that conversation takes place and the ticket is issued. I think any defense attorney worth his salt would argue in court that the officer was not acting impartially. Whether or not it would hold up is another story.
Contrary to the general consensus on Kinja, not every law enforcement officer is a tightwad hell-bent on violating your rights either.

scenario 3: the owner is driving in a neighborhood, and happens to hit a kid that jumps out from between two cars.... mob of people gather round to see what happened..... see the joke, dont think its funny. crowd gets justic-ey
.
look. i know that there are ways out of these situations. but my point is THIS.....why put yourself in that situation in the first place.

You must be REAL fun at parties. It’s a sticker. It can be removed. Maybe it’s just a vinyl decal (I did t take a real good look) that can come off while driving.
Jeez... I’m 49, have 2 kids, and you wouldn’t believe what I do for a living; yet I still chuckled when I saw it.
There are plenty of “what if” situations you should be mindful of, I agree. You’re REALLY stretching in my opinion now though.

yeah, the what ifs were all a BIT more than a stretch....
if i were to guess what you do to earn a living, it would be something in law enforcement....
